All Things Norfolk have teamed up with the Maids Head Hotel to provide you with the chance to win a meal for two up to the value of £80 at their new contemporary look AA 2 rosette Wine Press Restaurant, which is located in the former courtyard of the 15th century inn that first took the name Maids Head. The Lord Mayor of Norwich, Councillor Vaughan Thomas and the Sheriff of Norwich, Dr Marian Prinsley visited the hotel on Thursday, November 14 to officially reopen the restaurant following its £60,000 makeover. Interior Designer, Nicola Lovell, working closely with General Manager, Christine Malcolm, has created a colourful and exciting restaurant with new tables, chairs, banquettes, pictures and decoration, which complement the ancient courtyard of the hotel. Win a family ticket for two adults and two children to meet Father Christmas and his Reindeer at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden on Saturday 14th December. Father Christmas will be visiting Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden at South Walsham on Saturday 14th December and Sunday 15th December between 11am and 5pm. Take a stroll through the woodland garden to meet the reindeer and visit Father Christmas tucked away among the trees. There will also be a Christmas Market (free entry) featuring gift ideas and tasty treats from local businesses, plus live music, an Elves' Workshop with Christmas crafts to keep the children busy and woodland illuminations.
